Nippon Pigment established a Miwa store in Taisho 14 for the purpose of selling imported pigment industrial chemicals. In 1958, we began domestic production of pigments, and we are proud of being the first pigment manufacturer in Japan.

In addition to manufacturing and selling pigments, we have focused on the functionalization (compound) business, and have been running for more than half a century as a top-level manufacturer of plastic coloring and high functionality. Furthermore, it was in 1979 that we focused on global development from the beginning and set up factories overseas (Singapore) for the first time.

We continue to meet the needs of the world as well as Japan. We will continue to innovate and challenge with the know-how and technology we have cultivated so far, and continuous research and development.
