PT.PETNESIA RESINDO ( PNR ) is a company engaged in the production and sales of high quality Polyethylene Terephthalate ( PET ) Resin. Generally supplied as plastic chips, PET is the raw material for the manufacture of plastic bottles and packaging that are safe for foods and beverages (foods grade ).

PNR was established in Tangerang Indonesia in December 1994, with operation commencing in January 1996.

PNR is currently a join venture capital company with the following companies as its shareholders :

* Toray Industries, Inc.: 46.53 %
* PT. Indonesia Toray Synthetics: 0.54 %
* Mitsui & Co. Ltd.: 5.86 %
