Bridgestone Corporation was founded in 1931 by Shojiro Ishibashi to manufacture tires. In 1938, Bridgestone began to apply our knowledge of rubber technology to diversified (non-tire) products including industrial rubber and chemical products. Bridgestone Engineered Products of Asia Sdn Bhd (BSEA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation, was incorporated in 1995 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to distribute Bridgestone’s range of infrastructure and industrial products in South East Asia, Oceanic and Middle East regions. All infrastructure & industrial products are engineered to satisfy specific customer requirements.

To serve and exceed our customer expectations, BSEA has established offices in Indonesia & India. These local establishments provide technical and commercial support, application design to match customer’s needs as well as on-site engineering service. Additional technical expertise and field engineering support are provided by our Engineering Department based in Kuala Lumpur with back up from R&D Division in Yokohama, Japan.
