Incorporated in 1994, ISUZU HICOM MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (IHM) was established to spearhead vehicles manufacturing and assembling in Malaysia for domestic market. With authorized and paid up capital of RM250 million and RM115 million respectively, shareholders include of ISUZU Motors Asia Ltd (51%) and HICOM Holdings Bhd (49%).

IHM plant, located in Pekan, Pahang, Malaysia, covers 34 acres / 14 hectare of land occupying plant facilities like production shop buildings, offices, and warehouses. IHM aims to be the leading automotive manufacturer in Malaysia. Its Light Duty N-Series truck line has been the best-selling trucks in Malaysia since the launch in 2010. With production capacity of 13,000 units per annum on single shift basis, IHM offers highly skilled manpower and partners with more than 75 local vendors.
