ULVAC Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. was established in August 2006 beginning with operation Sales Division, Field Support Division and Surface Treatment Division. It is located strategically at Shah Alam in the state of Selangor Darul Ehsan (current HQ for ULVAC Malaysia).

After 2 years, ULVAC Malaysia had underwent expansion by establishing a new North branch in Kulim, in the state of Kedah for Field Support Division to cater northern region customers. In the upcoming years, We had also expanded our operations in ULVAC Malaysia HQ Shah Alam to a 2nd building.

In 2009, Another division of ULVAC Malaysia had been established which is Ulvac Bonding Division located within the HQ. In 2016 Ulvac Bonding Division had transferred their operation to another satellite building located 500m from ULVAC Malaysia HQ. This is to accommodate growing bonding business.
