▼Negotiation for customer's best interest and preparation/review of lease agreement (Letter of Intent, Tenancy Agreement etc)
▼Conducting joint inspection and Handover of apartment together with the occupant
▼After services till the end of Tenancy (i.e. till the date when the security deposit has been properly refunded)
